Brown Sugar Baked Beans
- 1 can Bush’s Baked Beans, Original
- 2/3 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Barbeque Sauce
- 1-2 T Thick-It Instant Food and Beverage Thickener
Method of Preparation:
Drain Bush’s Baked Beans, reserve liquid.
In a food processor, puree beans until a thickened paste.
Gradually add reserved liquid until desired puree consistency.
Add barbeque sauce and puree 30 seconds or until well combined.
Mix 1-2 T of Thick-It Instant Food and Beverage Thickener until desired consistency is reached.
Heat to serving temperature (165 degrees F).
Portion leftovers into individual air-tight containers and refrigerate or freeze.
